Once confirmed, we will send you a Pickup Reference Number.
Collect Within 5 Business Days
Collect your order within 5 business days of receiving your reference number.
Order Completed After Pickup
Once successfully collected, your order will be marked as complete.

Local pickup is available by appointment only during Australian business hours.
Please note that pickups are not available during the lunch break. A confirmed appointment and Pickup Reference Number are required before collection.
Recommended Vehicle Guide
Some Humsienk batteries are large and heavy. Please check the carton size and prepare a suitable vehicle before collection.
Due to the weight of these batteries, manual handling can be difficult. Please take care when loading and make sure your vehicle has enough space before arriving.
Warehouse staff will assist with loading heavy batteries into your vehicle.

Morning: 9:00 AM – 11:50 AM
Lunch Break: 11:50 AM – 12:30 PM
Afternoon: 12:30 PM – 4:30 PM
Please note that pickups are not available during the 11:50 AM – 12:30 PM lunch break. Our team will confirm your pickup time before you visit the warehouse.
Yes. A Pickup Reference Number is required for all local pickup orders.
Customers cannot walk in without a confirmed appointment and reference number. Please collect your order within 5 business days of receiving your Pickup Reference Number.
If you need extra time, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

This helps our warehouse team verify your order and release it safely.
Yes. A friend, removalist, or delivery service can collect your order for you.
They must bring:

- Their own valid photo ID
Please make sure they have the correct order details before arriving.
Yes. Warehouse staff will assist with loading heavy batteries into your vehicle.
However, please make sure your vehicle is suitable for the carton size and battery weight before pickup.
Yes. You may open the box and inspect the item on-site before taking it.
If you change your mind during pickup, on-site returns are also accepted. Our team will assist you with the next steps.
