Yes. This 12.8V 100Ah LiFePO₄ battery is designed for applications including campers, RVs and outdoor power systems. It is suitable for compatible 12V auxiliary loads, provided the total current demand remains within the battery's operating limits.
The datasheet specifically lists replacement of lead-acid batteries as an intended application. Before replacing your existing battery, check that your charger, solar controller and other equipment support LiFePO₄ charging requirements, including the specified 14.4V ±0.2V CC/CV charge profile.
The battery has a nominal capacity of 100Ah and stores 1.28kWh of energy. Actual runtime depends on your appliance load, wiring, inverter efficiency and how much of the battery's capacity you choose to use, so individual operating times will vary.
Use a charger suitable for 12V LiFePO₄ batteries with a CC/CV charging profile. The specified charge voltage is 14.4V ±0.2V, with 20A listed as the recommended charge current and 100A as the maximum continuous charge current.
Yes, the datasheet lists solar systems as an intended application. Your solar charge controller should support LiFePO₄ batteries and be configured to operate within the battery's specified charging voltage, current and temperature limits.
The current datasheet does not specify the maximum supported series or parallel configuration. Do not assume a connection limit based only on the battery voltage; confirm the intended system configuration with Humsienk before connecting multiple batteries.
The integrated BMS provides over-charge, over-discharge, over-current, over-voltage, charging and discharging temperature protection, and short-circuit protection. The datasheet does not specify the individual protection trigger and recovery thresholds.
The enclosure carries an IP65 rating, providing protection against dust and water jets. IP65 does not mean the battery is suitable for immersion, so it should still be installed in an appropriate protected location and used according to the manufacturer's installation requirements.
