Select the battery you need and place your order through this Local Pickup page. During checkout, choose your preferred pickup location: Sydney or Melbourne.
Please note that some products may only be available at one warehouse. If your preferred pickup location is out of stock, we recommend placing your order through the product’s standard delivery page instead.
All local pickup orders require at least 1 business day for warehouse preparation and order processing.
Please do not travel to the warehouse immediately after placing your order. Your order may not be available for collection until you receive confirmation from our team.
Once your order is ready, our team will send you a Pickup Ready notification.
Each local pickup order will be assigned a unique Pickup Number, which will be used to verify your order at the warehouse.
Please do not visit the warehouse until you have received both your Pickup Ready notification and Pickup Number.
Visit your selected warehouse during the designated pickup hours.
When you arrive, simply provide your Pickup Number to the warehouse staff. Once your order has been verified, you can collect your items.
Orders without a valid Pickup Number may not be released for collection.

Unauthorised warehouse returns may not be accepted.
Yes. Another person may collect the order on your behalf, provided they have your valid Pickup Number and any other order information requested for verification.
Please make sure they visit the correct warehouse during the designated pickup hours.
